1. Who you're contracting with
UnDISHcovered ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by Paxton Projects LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
UnDISHcovered is a mobile-first web app that helps you identify ingredients from photos of your fridge or pantry and suggests recipes you can make. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including:
- Unlawful use, fraud, or spam.
- Uploading content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Interfering with security or availability (malware, probing, scraping, rate abuse).
- Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service.
4. AI outputs
UnDISHcovered uses AI models to identify ingredients and generate recipes. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying food safety, allergen information, and any cooking decisions before acting on them. UnDISHcovered is not a substitute for professional dietary, medical, or allergen advice.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of photos and text you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not train third-party models on your submitted photos.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding, and its software are owned by Paxton Projects LLC and protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
7. Payment and subscription terms
Paid subscriptions are billed by our reseller Paddle. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time in your Account or via the Paddle billing portal.
8. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination we will provide a reasonable window to export any data where feasible before deletion.
10. Warranties and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud, death, or personal injury).
11. Service level
We aim for consistent availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Paxton Projects LLC's principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise.
