How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund by visiting paddle.net and looking up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or by contacting us through the Account page in the app.

After a refund

When a refund is issued we cancel the associated subscription and Pro access ends immediately. You keep access to any recipes you saved locally.

Automatic renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your Account page → Manage billing to avoid the next renewal.
